Jae-Yon Jung
Jae-Yon Jung, principal of JYJ Law, is a litigation lawyer with a reputation for delivering stellar results. Jae’s litigation practice includes civil, corporate/commercial, employment, and estate cases. Jae’s clients rely on her expertise, her decisive and creative solutions and her strong negotiation, mediation, and trial advocacy skills. She is a dynamic negotiator and has successfully resolved cases with some formidable opponents including banks, quasi-governmental organizations, telecommunication companies, and large corporations, and has represented clients before tribunals and various levels of courts including the Federal Court of Canada.
